Lifetime warranty on all suitcases
All our carry-on and checked suitcases come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This means we will repair or replace any manufacturing defects free of charge.
What is covered under warranty?
- Defects in zippers, handles or wheels resulting from manufacturing errors
- Cracks or breaks in the housing due to material or manufacturing defects
What is not covered by the warranty?
- Damage due to misuse, accidents or transportation by airlines
- Normal wear and tear (such as scratches, discoloration or light dents)
- Products that have been modified or repaired by third parties

2-year warranty on Graded Card Cases
Our Graded Card Cases are specially designed for collectors who want to safely store their valuable cards (PSA, BGS or CGC slabs).
We offer a 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects.
What is covered under warranty?
- Manufacturing defects in ABS outer casing or foam inlay
- Defective locks or hinges
What is not covered by the warranty?
- Damage due to accidents, overload or misuse
- Wear and tear from daily use or transportation
