How to file a complaint

Contact Us: Please contact us using our contact options at the bottom of the page with your order number, product name, and a clear description of the problem .


Add photos: Please include clear photos of the defect or problem so we can make a quick assessment.

Confirmation of receipt: You will receive a response from our support team within 2 business days with further instructions.

What we research

We take every complaint seriously and carefully assess it. We consider, among other things:

  • Production errors or manufacturing problems
  • Transport or shipping damage
  • Incorrect delivery

Important: Complaints that fall under the Lifetime Warranty on Cases or the 2-Year Warranty on Graded Card Cases will be handled in accordance with our warranty terms.
