How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We ship all orders within 1-2 business days from our Dutch warehouse. Orders placed before 11 PM are almost always shipped the next day. In most cases, you'll receive your order within 1-3 business days .
What is your return policy?
You always have a 30-day return policy . Don't like the product? No problem! You can return it free of charge, as long as it's unused and in its original condition.
How does the lifetime warranty on your suitcases work?
With normal use, we offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects . This means you can always count on a durable investment. In the event of damage due to transport (e.g., airlines), we are happy to assist you with advice.
What if my product arrives damaged?
We do everything we can to ship your order safely. If there is any damage, please contact us within 48 hours at info@dululux.com or via the contact form, and we'll resolve it quickly.

What dimensions do your suitcases have?
Our suitcases are designed to meet the most common carry-on and checked baggage size requirements . You can find the exact dimensions on each product page.
How do I set my TSA lock?
Every TSA suitcase comes with a quick guide. Our suitcases come with two types of TSA locks.
You can set the TSA locks as follows:
- Set the lock to 0-0-0 (the default code).
- Press the reset button (usually with a pen) or flip the slider on the inside of the lock.
- Set your desired code.
- Release the button or move the slider back, your code is set.
What should I do if my suitcase is damaged during a flight?
Damage sustained during transport? Report it immediately to the airline at the airport using a PIR form. Take photos and keep all documentation.
What material are your suitcases made of?
Our cases are made of high-quality ABS, polycarbonate (PC), or polypropylene and are strong, lightweight, and flexible. This guarantees years of carefree use. See the individual cases for the exact material selection.
What is the difference between checked baggage and carry-on suitcases?
Checked baggage is larger (≥70 liters) and is carried in the cargo hold. Carry-on baggage is compact (max. 55x40x25 cm) and is permitted on board.
